Technology partnership with HIS "Alpaca"

Mitra middleware has been successfully integrated into the laboratory module of the Alpaca medical information system. The first joint project was realized in one of the clinics of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and now the project is being completed in a medical organization of the Republic of Armenia.

“Alpaca" is a dynamically developing product in the healthcare information technology market in the CIS and Israel. Their medical information system is a full- fledged ERP platform that includes CRM, marketing, laboratory, management, inventory control, document management, analytics and budgeting modules. Alpaca MIS is implemented on 1C and Web platform and provides users with wide integration opportunities. Given the diversity of medical business, the company emphasizes individual approach and solution of non-standard tasks of clients. 

The transfer of the clinical laboratory processes to the Alpaca MIS has been well received by the clinic staff. Due to the automatization of data transfer between the MIS and laboratory analyzers, manual input was completely eliminated, which improved the quality of patient care, reduced the chance of errors and, in addition, the clinic was able to save money on the implementation of the laboratory information system, its integration with the MIS and its further technical support.
