We remind you that the transition to electronic document management in healthcare is regulated by the following regulatory legal acts:

- Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2816-r dated 06.10.2021 - "Initiatives for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation until 2030";

- Letter of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 18-5/1495 dated 10.08.2021 - "Methodological recommendations for the transition to electronic document management";

- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 947n dated 07.09.2020 - "On the procedure for organizing electronic document management in healthcare";

- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 530n dated 05.08.2022 - "On approval of unified forms of medical documentation".

The procedures for providing medical care in the field of "anesthesiology and resuscitation" to adults, children and newborns are regulated by the following regulatory legal acts:

- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 919n dated 15.11.2012 - "On approval of the Procedure for providing medical care to the adult population in the field of "anesthesiology and resuscitation";

- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 909n of 12.11.2012 - "On approval of the Procedure for providing medical care to children in the profile of "anesthesiology and resuscitation";

- Order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation No. 921n of 15.11.2012 - "On approval of the Procedure for providing medical care in the profile of "neonatology".
