The Mitra team took part in the 6th All-Russian ITM St. Petersburg Congress
The key themes this year were smart solutions for digital healthcare (integration, interoperability, practical implementation, and efficiency), as well as technological solutions based on domestic, import-independent software and hardware.
2026 Event Results:
900 executives
and specialists
53 Russian regions,
Belarus, and representatives from Uzbekistan
121 presentations
4 conferences
4 roundtables
Each year, there are more practical presentations on tools for operating rooms and ICUs, including practical examples of integration with resuscitation and anesthesia equipment.
We would also note that the Resuscitation and Intensive Care functional module can be implemented as part of initiatives to develop the Medical Information System (MIS) or the regional healthcare information system (GISZ) subsystems, with the aim of:
- populating EGISZ registers with data, including for the purpose of transmitting information to the State Information Resource on Military Registration (GIR VU).
The Federal Register of Persons with Specific Diseases (FRLOZ) was launched into full-scale operation in 2026. The SEMD 277 CDA "Resuscitation and Intensive Care Record" is a type of Structured Electronic Medical Document (SEMD) used to generate entries in the register.
The SEMD 277 Resuscitation and Intensive Care Chart can be completed either manually or via the automatic transmission of data from resuscitation and anesthesia equipment. Given the volume of data contained in the document and the frequency of its completion, an automated approach is the preferred method. This can be achieved by integrating the HIS/RHIS with medical equipment. Automating the completion of the SEMD will reduce the time intensivists spend on manual charting and eliminate data entry errors caused by the human factor.
